We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Revenue Manager to lead the
Sales & Business development profile of our building management & Environment Safety solutions
. As a key member of our small, agile team of 10, you will work independently to define sales & marketing strategies.

Revenue Manager

We are looking for Revenue Manager with 4–8 years of experience, suited to the requested criteria:

  • Develop and execute
    marketing and sales strategies
    to maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Analyze
    revenue data and market trends to forecast demand and identify new business opportunities
    .
  • Lead presales activities
    including client engagement, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders, management, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue goals.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to improve profitability.
  • Provide regular revenue reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance and customer behaviors.

Qualifications:

He/ She should have 4–8 years of experience in
revenue management, sales strategy, presales, and customer management
.

This profile integrates skills in marketing, sales, presentations, onboarding coordination, and presales expertise essential for an experienced Revenue Manager role.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Technical understanding of building management systems is a plus.
