Associate / Associate – Workspace & Procurement
at
Team Everest
, you will be in charge of ensuring that everything related to our office and events is well-organized. From managing day-to-day purchases to coordinating resources for events, you will help keep everything on track.
Your role also involves working with vendors and managing tasks across different locations. Whether it's sending materials, coordinating travel, or supporting our team, you will be an important part of ensuring things go smoothly.
Since our events often happen on weekends and in various locations, you should be flexible and ready to travel when needed.

What You Will Do?
- Procurement Management:
Handle purchases for office supplies and event materials, ensuring everything is bought on time.
- Event Logistics:
Organize the delivery of materials and kits for events, ensuring everything is ready and on time.
- Dispatch & Courier:
Manage sending books, kits, and other materials to different locations across India. Track deliveries and ensure everything is delivered on time.
- Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with vendors to place orders, request services, and handle repairs. Negotiate to get the best deals and ensure quality.
- Travel Support:
Help with booking travel for team members going to different cities for events.
- Inventory Management:
Keep track of office supplies and ensure they are always stocked up.
- Workspace Management:
Look after the day-to-day needs of the office, like maintenance and supplies.
- Task Ownership:
Take responsibility for tasks and make sure they are completed on time.
Requirements
What We're Looking For?
Education:
Any graduate degree
Experience:
0-3 years (Experience in procurement, administration, or operations is a plus)
Skills Required for the Job:
- Procurement & Vendor Management:
Ability to find and work with vendors to buy items at the best price.
- Task & Time Management:
Good at managing several tasks at once and staying organized.
- Coordination & Communication:
Clear communication skills to work with vendors and team members.
- Logistics & Dispatch:
Knowledge of how to send and track deliveries.
- Adaptability:
Willing to take on a variety of tasks and help where needed.
- Problem Solving & Accountability:
Ability to solve problems and take responsibility for your tasks.

- Scope:
Full-time
- Probationary Period:
3 months
- Commitment:
We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. We work on trust, not formal bonds

Based on experience (Jr Associate / Associate)
- Working Days:
Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month (with additional weekend work as required for events)
- Office Timings:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexibility required for events and travel)
