Required Technical Skills:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Python (professional or substantial project work)

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, , or similar)
