Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Semi-Voice Process. If you are passionate about customer service and have experience in the travel or airline domain, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels (email/chat).
  • Assist airline customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and general queries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards during all interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/customer service (preferably in airline/travel domain).
  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (V&A Assessment mandatory).
  • Shift: US Shifts (Night shifts rotational).
  • Work Mode: Work from Office.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 4.5 LPA + Monthly Performance Variables (Up to 8,000/month)
  • Annual Variable: Up to 1 Lakh
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
  • Transport: Free 2-way cab facility provided

Interview Process:

  • Round 1: HR Screening
  • Round 2: Voice & Accent (V&A) Assessment
  • Round 3: Operations Round (Face-to-Face)
