What We're Looking For:

We need someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in end-to-end ecommerce processes, including:

Product listing & catalogue management across marketplaces

Daily order processing & coordination with dispatch

Handling returns, cancellations & RTO management

Inventory monitoring & stock updates

Raising SPFs, claims & tickets on seller portals

Ensuring smooth marketplace operations and timely resolutions

Who Should Apply:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Madhyamgram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, monitor website performance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This includes managing the online store, implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and working collaboratively with internal teams to promote products and boost revenue. The role also involves staying updated on trends to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms, including knowledge of online store management systems and tools
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate ideas effectively
• Familiarity with customer behavior insights and user experience optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or retail management is an added advantage
