**Objectives**:

- Maximize consumer engagement & sales with marketing content
- Develop marketing and branding strategies
- Encourage collaboration across teams
- Improve SEO presence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, models & team to determine and solve campaign objectives.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and analyze performance data.
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including posts, graphics, reels, videos, stories, and blogs.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts aligned with brand messaging.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy that align with the brand voice.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and content creation tools.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand reach.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational and time-management abilities.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Proven experience as a **Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role**.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Experience in video editing and creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and data-driven content strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Experience in paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in managing or creating high-quality marketing content.
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working with a Saree brand is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
