Assistant - Hematology

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to diagnose blood disorders and diseases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and ph meters.
• Prepare and stain slides for microscopic examination by pathologists.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in haematology and medical research.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of clinical pathology and laboratory procedures.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and ph meters.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.
• Experience working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
