Your Mission

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team at Aftershoot. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, a strong foundation in design thinking, and a passion for shaping design culture from the ground up. You'll conduct user research, design creative solutions, and collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive core product metrics.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Conduct primary user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

  2. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to develop thoughtful, user-centric designs.

  3. Use data and usability insights to inform and refine design decisions.

  4. Create and maintain scalable design patterns and systems.

  5. Communicate design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

  6. Continuously iterate on product experiences by integrating user feedback and business needs.

  7. Champion design-led improvements and advocate for user-first thinking across the team.

What We're Looking For

  1. 2–5 years of experience designing SaaS products, with strong proficiency in Figma.

  2. Deep understanding of product design methodology and lifecycle across platforms.

  3. Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of technical constraints, especially for desktop platforms.

  4. Ability to lead design from concept to execution within a user-centered framework.

  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence design strategy.

  6. Bonus: familiarity with photography tools like Lightroom, Capture One, or Photoshop.
