Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support for customers across Small Business, Super Affluent, Affluent, Emerging Affluent, and Mass Market segments as well as non-Resident Indians to assess customer potential, understand and anticipate customer need.
  • Provide analytical support for a variety of deposit, transactional, investment, and insurance products to understand profitability drivers, pricing constructs, and product bundling benefits.
  • Identify revenue drivers and growth opportunities for the business across these products and segments and conceptualize & develop analytical solutions to make a positive impact on business P&L.
  • Contribute to building a Customer Level One-Citi strategy in the Bank and streamline ongoing marketing campaigns and reports.
  • Own the P&L commitment from these actions. Constantly engage with the business partners to ensure optimal program execution and track actual results against projections.
  • Manage a pipeline of analytical requests from business partners including understanding the business need, guiding a team of analysts, prioritizing and assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on the quality of deliverables.
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts using appropriate people-management tools to motivate and plot the growth of the team members, conduct performance assessments, and create & execute development plans for team members.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving processes and quality of work products that the team is responsible for while ensuring that data access and distribution is secure and compliant with existing organizational guidelines.
  • Be an effective member of the Decision Management team and work closely with peers within and outside the Decision Management team on assignments spanning multiple functional units.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication of progress and escalation of issues to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Strong track record of analytical solution delivery in the BFSI space.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize analytical frameworks to address the business problem.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player. Ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
  • Strong technical background with in-depth understanding of databases, data manipulation tools (SQL/SAS), and statistical techniques.
Qualifications
  • Masters in a quantitative discipline from a reputed institute.
  • Primary Location: India, Haryana, Gurgaon.
