Position: Production Engineer

Reporting to: Factory Manager.

Qualification: Electrical Engineering

The responsibilities of a Production Engineer typically involve a combination of technical, operational, and quality control tasks to ensure the production of high-quality roasted coffee beans and below are common responsibilities associated with role:

· Operate and monitor coffee roasting equipment. Set and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, airflow, and roasting time. Complete knowledge on the roasting machine operation.

· Monitor the roasting process to ensure that coffee beans meet quality standards. Conduct regular checks on the color, aroma, and size of the roasted beans and make adjustments to the roasting process as needed to maintain quality.

· Maintain accurate records of roasting profiles, including time, temperature, and other relevant parameters and any new product developments details.

· Perform routine maintenance on the roasting equipment to ensure proper functioning and Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues and Coordinate with maintenance staff for major repairs or upgrades.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the operation of the roasting equipment and keep the roasting area clean and organized and follow hygiene standards to prevent contamination of the coffee beans.

· Train and mentor new operators or production team members and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coffee roasting technology.

· Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.

· Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

· Involving in the new product development where necessary changes to be taken in the roasting machine as per director and quality control team instruction.

· Communicating with NN engineers regarding any issues in the roasting machine and grinding machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
