Job Overview

We're looking for a passionate and innovative Product Engineer to join our client's healthcare technology team in Bengaluru. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing, building, and scaling software products within the healthcare or RCM industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with product management, data science, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and AI-powered solutions that enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 2–4 years in product engineering, software development, or related roles.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Technical Expertise
    : Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript ), and
  • Healthcare/RCM Background
    : Proven experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or RCM platforms.
  • Cloud Skills
    : Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
  • System Design
    : Expertise in cloud architecture, scalable web applications, and event-driven architectures.
  • AI/ML Integration
    : Strong experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into production-grade applications.
  • Collaboration
    : Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience in agile environments.
  • Problem Solving
    : Strong analytical and debugging abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with microservices, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines.
