Responsibilities Conduct Internal Audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. Perform Process Audits across finance, procurement, sales, and other business operations. Execute Stock Audits including inventory verification, reconciliation, and reporting. Review and analyze P2P cycle (vendor management, procurement, accounts payable). Review and analyze O2C cycle (order management, invoicing, receivables, collections). Identify control gaps, risks, and suggest process improvements. Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Desired Skills & Competencies Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Strong understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management. Knowledge of financial processes, P2P, O2C, and inventory management. Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally preferable).
