  • Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced MS Product Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, including SharePoint, end-user productivity software, PowerApps, and Copilot. You will be responsible for optimizing these tools to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. SharePoint Administration and Development:- Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows.- Implement best practices for SharePoint governance, security, and data management.- Customize SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with other MS products.2. End-User Productivity Software:- Support and enhance the use of end-user productivity tools, including Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams).- Drive adoption and provide training for new features and updates to maximize productivity and collaboration.- Troubleshoot issues related to productivity software and provide technical support to end-users.3. PowerApps Development:- Design, develop, and deploy custom PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes.- Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.4. Copilot Implementation and Optimization:- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Copilot to enhance decision-making and process automation.- Customize Copilot to align with organizational workflows and optimize its use for predictive insights.- Provide training and guidance on leveraging Copilot's AI capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.5. Project Management and Collaboration:- Manage projects related to the implementation and optimization of MS products, ensuring timely delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Lead change management efforts to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes.6. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft products, providing high-level technical support.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS products, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Office 365, PowerApps, and Copilot.- Proven experience in developing and customizing SharePoint sites, PowerApps, and other Microsoft tools.- Strong knowledge of end-user productivity software, with the ability to train and support users.- Experience with AI-powered tools like Copilot, with a focus on implementation and optimization.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong project management skills, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
