Manager Sales (Pan India)
- · Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B to B (Distributors-retailers) and sound knowledge of digital & e-commerce channels to achieve objectives and revenue target
- · Increase in online as well as direct marketing activities ensuring revenue growth
- · Recruit, train, manage & motivate a high performing sales team, providing coaching and setting clear expectations for performance
- · Manage the Company's online sales presence, including the e-commerce platform, digital marketing campaigns and online customer experience
- · Monitor market trends, customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies
- · Track and analyse sales metrics, report on performance to management
Skills
- · Sales Management – Expertise in managing sales teams, driving performance and setting revenue targets
- · B2B Sales and Marketing – Understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and relationship building
- · Digital Marketing & E-commerce – Knowledge of online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies,
- · And customer behaviour analysis
- · Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation and team leadership skills
- · Post-graduation or related degree may be preferred
- · High level of reasoning ability, problem solving and commercial knowledge
- · Interest in gaming industry & knowledge of PlayStations, other consoles will be added advantage
- · Post-graduation degree
- · Experience – 8 to 10 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
