Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager for Loan Products who will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our loan offerings. The role involves designing, developing, and improving loan products (personal loans, business loans, consumer loans, etc.) to drive customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitablity.

key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Product Development & Enhancement:
  • Design new loan products/features based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with risk, credit, compliance, and technology teams for product design.
  • Ensure smooth digital loan journeys (application, approval, disbursement, repayment).
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to align product initiatives.
  • Liaise with technology teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
  • Compliance & Risk:
  • Ensure products comply with RBI and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Incorporate risk assessment, fraud prevention, and responsible lending practices.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track product performance metrics such as disbursement volumes, NPAs, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize pricing, terms, and processes to improve profitability.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (Finance/Marketing/Strategy preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, NBFC, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, credit lifecycle, and regulatory environment.
  • Analytical skills with ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with exposure to digital lending platforms.
