Role Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled
Lead Full Stack Engineers
to join our team and help build both the
frontend and backend systems
for
Gold Machine Casino
, a rapidly scaling social sweepstakes casino platform.

The engineers will be responsible for owning projects end-to-end — from architecture and design to integration, testing, and deployment.

This is a
remote opportunity
but requires flexibility to align with
US CST timezone working hours
as needed. Candidates must thrive in a startup environment where speed, independence, and accountability are critical.

Core Responsibilities

Backend Development & Migration

• Transition existing
  Supabase Edge Functions
  to a scalable, production-ready backend , NestJS, Express, or similar).
• Design and implement robust APIs, services, and database schemas to support core platform functionality.

Frontend Development

• Build, enhance, and maintain user-facing features in our web application.
• Ensure smooth, responsive gameplay experience across devices.
• Work closely with design/UX to deliver polished, high-performance interfaces.
• Fix bugs and optimize performance for maximum player engagement.

Admin Panel Development

• Architect and build a full-featured
  admin panel
  for internal use, including:
• User account management
• Game management and monitoring
• Payments and redemption tracking
• Compliance tools (KYC, geolocation, fraud checks)
• Promotions and bonus controls

Third-Party Integrations

• Implement integrations with key providers, including:
• Payment processors
• Geolocation services
• KYC/identity verification vendors
• Game providers (slots, live games, etc.)
• CRM providers
• Affiliate management tools
• Follow provider documentation carefully to ensure smooth, compliant integrations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write
  unit tests, regression tests, and automated tests
  for both frontend and backend.
• Establish pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Ensure stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Architecture & Design

• Own system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and security.
• Provide technical documentation for backend, frontend, and admin panel systems.
• Anticipate platform growth and design for high concurrency and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years professional full stack engineering experience
  (startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred).
• Strong proficiency in:
• Frontend:
  React, JavaScript/TypeScript (experience with scalable web apps is essential)
• Backend:
  (NestJS, Express, or similar frameworks)
• Databases:
  PostgreSQL/MySQL or other relational DBs
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven experience building
  frontends, admin dashboards, and scalable backend platforms
  .
• Strong track record of integrating
  third-party APIs
  (payments, KYC, geolocation, etc.).
• Skilled in
  testing frameworks
  and automated QA processes.
• Ability to
  own projects end-to-end
  with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working under
  tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup
  environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in
  social casino, gaming, or fintech
  platforms.
• Knowledge of
  sweepstakes compliance
  or regulated gaming requirements.
• Familiarity with affiliate and CRM platforms.

Compensation & Work Conditions

• Compensation:
  9,00,000 INR – 24,00,000 INR annually (based on experience, no equity potential).
