About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior MERN Stack Developer
to lead the development of innovative, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to design, build, and maintain web solutions that drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhance existing functionality
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to best practices
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Integrate APIs and manage backend databases effectively

What We're Looking For:

Strong proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , )

Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Expertise in React (hooks, lifecycle methods, state management)

Solid backend experience in and
