Open Positions (For all the positions , preferred experience in highrise residential and commercial buildings):

1. Planning Engineer/Manager :

Full-time Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5 -15 years of experience in Construction planning, scheduling, billing, and quantity survey. Proficient in project planning tools like Primavera/MS Project. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

2. Civil Engineers/Managers:

Full-time Diploma years) /Graduate in Civil Engineering years)/ ITI with 10 to 20 years experience in managing construction activities, oversee concreting and reinforcement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

3. Formwork Engineers/Managers

Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering/ ITI with 5 -15 years experience in advanced formwork systems for building structures, ensuring precision and safety.

4. Finishes Engineers/Managers

Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5-15 years of experience in supervision of related trades and services, activity sequencing and handing over works. Conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols pertaining to finishes execution.

5. Rebar Engineers/Managers

Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering/ ITI with 5 -15 years experience in preparing bar bending schedules, supervise rebar cutting and bending, and manage material requirements.

6. Safety (EHS) Engineers

Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering AND Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory) with 4 -15 years of experience in any type of large scale construction projects. Having experience in implementing EHS management system/ISO 45001 & 14001, ensuring safety compliance in project site, Monitor and mitigate environmental risks, conduct training and awareness programs.

7. QA/QC Engineers

Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5 -15 years of experience in developing and implement quality plans, inspect incoming materials, and conduct internal audits.

8. Plant & Machinery Experts

Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering/ITI Maintenance with 5 -15 years of experience to Install, operate, and maintain construction equipment, ensuring efficient project execution.

9. Accounts & Admin Professionals

Full-time Graduate/Post-Graduate/ICWA from a reputed institute/university with 5 -12 years of experience in handling day to day accounts function at construction project site, interact with internal & statutory auditors, review compliance on service tax/VAT payments & co-ordination on indirect taxes & statutory compliance.

10. MEP Engineers/Managers

Full time Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 15 years of experience in coordinating and executing the MEP works (Electrical, PHE, FPS, Lift, HVAC, BMS/ACS/FTTH) at site, based on the requirements in accordance with the planned schedules.

11. HR Workmen Supervisor / Executive

Any Graduate / MBA in IR with years of experience in workmen mobilization in construction industry. Having capacity to mobile more than 10k workmen through subcontractors for CSR & BP works.
