Role Overview: You will be responsible for setting up and operating powder coating equipment at Xindo Window Pvt Ltd's Chittoor Factory. As a Production Engineer, you will be required to select, prepare, and load powder, then apply it evenly and accurately to achieve the desired finish. Monitoring the coating process, ensuring proper adhesion and coverage, and troubleshooting any issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate on initiatives to optimize production and improve quality. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate powder coating equipment - Select, prepare, and load powder for application - Apply powder evenly and accurately to achieve desired finish - Monitor the coating process for proper adhesion and coverage - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Collaborate on initiatives to optimize production and improve quality Qualifications Required: - Must be a Mechanical Or Civil Graduate (Diploma or Engineering) Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule at the Chittoor Factory. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, along with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person at the Chittoor Factory.
