Who Can Apply?

  • Interns: Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields with a passion for data storytelling.
  • Freshers: 0–1 years of experience with academic projects or internship exposure to data analysis.
  • Experienced Professionals: 1+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or data roles, with a portfolio or GitHub/Power BI/Tableau profile showcasing analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends and actionable insights

  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions through exploratory data analysis (EDA)

  • Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation for business decision-making

  • Use SQL to query and manipulate structured data from relational databases

  • Assist in building data pipelines and automation for recurring analytics tasks

  • Communicate findings effectively through visualizations and presentations

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support data-driven strategies

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn

  • Good understanding of descriptive statistics, data cleaning, and EDA

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with Google Analytics, TruConversion, or similar analytics platforms (optional for interns)

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with data storytelling, dashboarding, and automation scripts

  • Exposure to R, Looker, or Metabase

  • Familiarity with web/app analytics, conversion funnels, and retention metrics

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and basic ETL pipelines

  • GitHub portfolio, published reports, or participation in data hackathons
