What We're Looking For : We are seeking a skilled Frontend React Developer to join our team, building and enhancing responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React 18, Redux Toolkit, and Kendo React components in a monorepo environment. You will collaborate with frontend and backend developers to deliver seamless, data-rich web applications, integrating with RESTful APIs and leveraging modern JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD processes (Azure) is essential for success in our collaborative development environment.

Job Description :

Develop and maintain responsive UI components using React 18, leveraging hooks (useState, useEffect) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Implement complex UI features using Kendo React components (e.g., Grid, TreeList, Dropdowns, DateInputs) for data visualization and interaction.

Integrate with Restful APIs to fetch and manage data, ensuring seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.

Utilize Redux Toolkit and React-Redux for efficient state management across the application.

Translate UI/UX designs (wireframes, mockups) into high-quality, reusable React components.

Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility for modern browsers.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to ESLint and Prettier standards.

Use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests in a monorepo environment.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to testing efforts using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure robust, error-free components.

Support CI/CD pipelines, potentially using Azure Pipelines or similar tools, for deployment across multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, prod).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years' experience in frontend development with a focus on

Proven portfolio or GitHub showcasing React-based projects, preferably with data-heavy UIs or monorepo setups.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), leveraging arrow functions, destructuring, modules, and spread operators to build efficient React components and manage asynchronous data flows.

Expertise in React 18, including functional components, hooks, and JSX.

Experience with Redux Toolkit and React-Redux for state management.

Proficiency in Kendo React components (e.g., Grid, TreeList, Dropdowns, DateInputs) for building data-driven UIs.

Familiarity with Restful,API integration using tools like node-fetch or similar.

Strong experience with Git for version control, including branching, merging, pull requests, and Git hooks (e.g., via Husky).

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and jest-dom.

Familiarity with ESLint and Prettier for code linting and formatting.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and UI challenges.

Adaptability to handle evolving project requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience with form handling using react-hook-form and validation with yup.

Knowledge of Kendo React advanced features

Experience with Webpack configuration and optimization

Understanding of unit testing with msw for mocking API responses.

Familiarity with monorepo setups using workspace dependencies

Knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Pipelines for CI/CD, Azure Static Web Apps for hosting, or Azure AD for authentication.
