We're Hiring: React Developer (Remote | Full-Time)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Home)

At App Knit, we partner with global clients to design and deliver scalable, high-performance digital products. We are looking for a skilled React Developer who can build clean, efficient, and user-friendly web applications while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development
  • Develop responsive, high-quality, and scalable web applications using
  • Implement reusable UI components and ensure consistency across the product.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interaction
  • Join client calls to gather requirements, provide updates, and present technical solutions.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable technical tasks and design improvements.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Code Quality & Maintenance
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Debug and resolve issues promptly to deliver a bug-free product.
  • Maintain version control using Git and follow structured branching strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Research and adopt the latest frontend tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
  • Share knowledge with peers and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Continuously improve development workflows, coding standards, and testing practices.
  • Accountability
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, features, and changes.
  • Uphold professionalism in client communication and project delivery. Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client calls confidently and professionally.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest/Enzyme is a plus.
