Social captions, performance hooks, paid ad lines

Taglines, content I.P. titles, and micro-dialogues

Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to adapt copy to visual assets and platform trends

Own and maintain the Gaana Voice & Tone consistency across all copy

Translate music metadata or fan behavior insights into engaging storytelling

Participate in brainstorms to help shape content campaigns, cultural drops, and IPsLocalize and transcreate content in line with regional audience behaviour (especially South India)Key KPIs% increase in click-through rates on push and performance email copy

Engagement rate on copy-led posts (likes/comments/saves per 1k impressions)Turnaround time for creative copy requestsof viral/reshared meme formats or captions authored

Copy engagement in test/control experiments on platform/app

And beyond as per growing business requirements.Must-Have Skills0-4 years in a creative/digital copywriting roleA strong showreel or portfolio of short-form content, meme copy, platform-based writing that garnered wide reach and is relevant to the South Indian Music, Movie, Meme & Pop culture.Obsessed with timing, tone, grammar, dialect, and platform behaviour.Fluent in internet culture, particularly Indian music, pop, fandom, and regional cues

Self-Ability to write in or adapt tone to Telugu (Tingligh), Tamil (Tamglish), Hinglish. English writing and communication knowledge is mandatory.Bonus: Ability to design or proven experience of AI tools (Canva, Midjourney, RunwayLM).
