Sales & Marketing Executive – US Process

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with US clients via calls, emails, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build strong pipelines through lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals with confidence.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance market penetration.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of Sales/Marketing experience (preferably in international/US process).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, call centers, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
