  • Describe the Job We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager Broking Sales.
  • This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving insurance sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

What is the primary KRA * (Scope of Work)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective client engagement and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and service delivery.
  • Handle client queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims support efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Experience in number of years 2-7 years Work Experience Experience in insurance broking Technology Known Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance broking platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools, lead management systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics for client insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Behavioural Traits required Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
