Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations.
  • Handle and resolve challenging situations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
  • Prepare and share daily stock reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate stock counting during the receipt and dispatch of materials.
  • Supervise and manage labor procurement and deployment.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Should be well-versed in booking transport vehicles through platforms like Porter and other local transport services as per operational needs.
  • Continuously improve and streamline warehouse processes.
  • Train, support, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, team performance, and overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with company workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Basic Excel reporting, and safety compliance.
  • Communication: Good communication skills for reporting, team coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Should be able to read and write basic English and communicate effectively with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
