Job Description:
Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
Candidate should be well versed with the HRMS Software, ATS etc.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Willing to travel across India for managing and conducting the Walk In Drives.
Manage the smooth onboarding of newly hires at the Site location.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
