Job Description:

  • Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions

  • Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.

  • Candidate should be well versed with the HRMS Software, ATS etc.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Willing to travel across India for managing and conducting the Walk In Drives.

  • Manage the smooth onboarding of newly hires at the Site location.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
