Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of full-stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications.

Architect and implement backend services using Golang with a focus on performance and security.

Oversee frontend development using modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).

Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL).

Ensure code quality through code reviews, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.

Drive API development and documentation using tools like Postman and ensure integration with third-party services.

Track and manage development tasks using Jira while ensuring agile best practices.

Mentor junior developers, conduct technical sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Identify technical risks and provide solutions to complex problems.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Golang for backend services.

Solid experience with frontend technologies (React/Angular/Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases with query optimization and schema design.

Hands-on with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and branching strategies.

Experience with Jira for project and task management in agile environments.

Knowledge of API documentation and testing with Postman/Swagger.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to mentor, guide, and technically upskill the team. Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Understanding of security best practices in API and frontend development.
