Managing reservations: Processing reservations made by phone or email, and confirming waitlisted seats

Providing customer service : Answering questions about travel arrangements, Visa inquiry, Hotel booking inquiry providing information about prices and availability, and handling customer queries

Invoicing : Invoicing tickets and ensuring payment has been collected

Collaborating with team members: Working with team members to improve the ticketing process

Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
