Key responsibility areas (KRAs)

Primary Job Roles:


• Collect information about work procedures, workflow, and reports to better

understand technical training needs


• Conduct training classes that go over job-specific and company-specific software

applications


• Design training manuals as needed


• Maintain quality service by setting up by enforcing point-based quality assessment


• Follow organization standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and healthy

training


• Stay up to date on technical knowledge by attending industry workshops organized

by Hexagon, technical classes and trending reports and research publications


• Collaborate with team to accomplish necessary training tasks


• Maintain a point-based student evaluation system to ensure successful completion

of course for each technology lab

Secondary Job Roles:


• Collaborate with faculty team and work towards research problems


• Liaising with Academic Committee members to enable workshops and training

programs


• Liaising with industrial partners to organize guest lectures


• Research and test the equipment and lab-based systems to determine the best

system use for allied course work


• Evaluate effectiveness of training for specific job applications


• Support for student competitions, Major and Minor projects, Incubation projects,

Prototype Building, etc
