Designation: Software Engineer Trainee

Skills Required: Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, Java Script, SQL etc.

Experience: 0-1 year, Women who are having break due to Marriage, Children etc are encouraged to Apply.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science.

Description: Selected trainees will undergo 3 months basic training which is worth of Rs. 50,000/-, with a stipend of Rs. 5,000/- PM (dummy Projects and/or Real-time Projects). The training will be given on various web technologies in DOT NET Platform both Front end and back end, suitable for the client projects and the training is going to be rigorous. No Trainee is permitted to leave in between of the training. Trainees have to give a declaration accordingly. Trainee is expected to devout his/her full time in learning and completion of the work given during training. Trainee must be available any time based on requirement and availability of Trainers. At the end of Training, a comprehensive test will be conducted. Upon successful completion, they will be on boarded for OJT (On the Job Training).

The duration of OJT is 12 months. A stipend of 10,000/- for the first 6 months and 15,000/- for the next 6 months shall be paid. During Training and OJT Trainees must have their own Laptop which is in good condition and suitable for software development with stable internet connection. During OJT, if they wish to leave the company they must pay a Rs. 50,000/- which is the cost of initial 3 months Training and Stipend Paid. Candidates must execute a bond accordingly. During OJT, if company wish to terminate the services of the trainee, one-month salary (equal to previous month salary) or 1-month notice shall be given. Location for OJT may vary depending on the requirements of the company.

After the OJT every trainee shall be placed on client projects. The place of work for the employees may vary depends on the client requirement or company requirement.

Please be assured that a quality software engineer will emerge after completion of these 15 months training.

Continuation of the employment is based on the performance of the individuals.

Please be noted that this is a Full time employment and the employees are not permitted to pursue any full time or part time or correspondence courses during these 15 months. candidates have to give a declaration accordingly.
