Job Title: BPO Recruiter / HR Recruiter BPO Hiring

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Blended).
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview and joining process.
  • Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring within deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes.
  • Prior experience in BPO hiring preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA in HR preferred (not mandatory).

Interview Mode:

  • Face-to-Face Interview at our Noida office (mandatory).
