We are looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
who can
lead teams
while also being a
hands-on Technical Architect
. The ideal candidate will combine strong
technical expertise
with proven
people management
and
delivery leadership
skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation
  • Define and implement scalable
    architectural solutions
    for complex systems
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
  • Guide the team in
    design, coding standards, and best practices
  • Stay hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and high-level solutioning
  • Manage delivery timelines, resource planning, and ensure quality outcomes

Desired Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    [insert stack: Java, .NET, Python, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps]
  • Proven track record of
    designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance
    hands-on architecture
    with
    team management
    responsibilities
