About the Role:
As a
Senior AI Engineer
at
ConvoZen.AI
, you'll work at the intersection of
Generative AI
,
LLMs
, and real-time systems. Your core focus will be building and scaling
LLM-driven applications
such as smart assistants, summarization engines, workflow automation tools, and intelligent dashboards.
This includes
developing streaming services
,
integrating websockets
for real-time communication, and
optimizing multi-threaded systems
for performance at scale. You'll collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deploy impactful AI solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy
Inhouse/LLM-powered features
(e.g., summarizers, chatbots, RAG pipelines, auto-taggers).
- Implement
streaming pipelines and services
to serve real-time AI responses across multiple interfaces.
- Integrate
WebSocket-based communication layers
for interactive, low-latency GenAI products.
- Handle
multi-threaded architecture
for concurrent processing and efficient resource management.
- Fine-tune and optimize
open-source LLMs
(e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) using LoRA, PEFT, and custom datasets.
- Work with
prompt engineering
,
embeddings
, and
vector databases
(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Evaluate and improve model
accuracy, latency, cost-efficiency
, and
scalability
in production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed GenAI capabilities across customer-facing workflows.
- Stay current with advances in
transformer architectures
, GenAI tools, and open-source research.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in
software/ML development
, with 2+ years in
LLMs/GenAI/NLP
.
- Solid expertise in
transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and fine-tuning
techniques.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Python
,
PyTorch
,
TensorFlow
, or
JAX
.
- Familiarity with
LangChain
,
HuggingFace
,
OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
, etc.
- Proven experience with
streaming data systems

WebSockets

multi-threaded applications
