1. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit
  • Drafting, Adoption & Communication of HR Policies, Agreements & Other Documents
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Training & Development
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Daily Reporting and Overseeing HR Executive

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
  • Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Purchasing
  • Department Coordination
  • Vendor and Supplier Identification
  • Specification Preparation
  • Negotiations
  • Vendor Quotations
  • Purchase Orders
  • Delivery Coordination
  • Goods Reception
  • Documentation
  • Purchase Process with Strict Timeline
  • Finance Coordination
  • Vendor Relationships
  • Records and Evaluation
  • Quality Assurance Coordination
  • Audit Support

Core Skills:

  • Pharma experience and Pharma Cloud operation preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures

Experience & Qualification:

  • 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with Pharma Cloud operation is preferred
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

3. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Records Compilation & Management
  • Accounting Entry Management
  • Receivable Management
  • Payable Management
  • Monthly Payroll Management & Compliance
  • GST & Tax Compliance
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Audit Compliance
  • Document Record Maintenance

Experience & Qualification:

  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

4. Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Lead Generation
  • Client Interaction
  • Personal Visits to client offices
  • Dispatch Management
  • Payment Collection from customers
  • Documentation & Reporting

Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication and and Marketing skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales and business development procedures

Experience & Qualification:

  • 2-4 years in sales or business development
  • Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
