Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit
- Drafting, Adoption & Communication of HR Policies, Agreements & Other Documents
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Training & Development
- Documentation & Compliance
- Daily Reporting and Overseeing HR Executive
Experience & Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- Master's degree in HR or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Purchase Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Purchasing
- Department Coordination
- Vendor and Supplier Identification
- Specification Preparation
- Negotiations
- Vendor Quotations
- Purchase Orders
- Delivery Coordination
- Goods Reception
- Documentation
- Purchase Process with Strict Timeline
- Finance Coordination
- Vendor Relationships
- Records and Evaluation
- Quality Assurance Coordination
- Audit Support
Core Skills:
- Pharma experience and Pharma Cloud operation preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures
Experience & Qualification:
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Pharma Cloud operation is preferred
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
3. Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Records Compilation & Management
- Accounting Entry Management
- Receivable Management
- Payable Management
- Monthly Payroll Management & Compliance
- GST & Tax Compliance
- Statutory Compliance
- Audit Compliance
- Document Record Maintenance
Experience & Qualification:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
4. Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Lead Generation
- Client Interaction
- Personal Visits to client offices
- Dispatch Management
- Payment Collection from customers
- Documentation & Reporting
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication and and Marketing skills
- Strong knowledge of sales and business development procedures
Experience & Qualification:
- 2-4 years in sales or business development
- Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
