About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
with a strong background in both manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and scripts. The role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and operations teams to ensure that software products meet stringent quality standards.

, as well as mobile applications, to make a significant impact by improving QA processes, mentoring junior team members, and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure software reliability, stability, and optimal performance across platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like
  Selenium
  ,
  JUnit
  , and similar frameworks.
• Work extensively with scripting languages such as
  Python
  and
  Java
  to create reusable and scalable test scripts.
• Use test management tools like
  JIRA
  ,
  TestRail
  , or
  Bugzilla
  for defect tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess system behavior under various conditions.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies for greater efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless product delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to build a high-performance, quality-driven team.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and testing frameworks across the team.
• Test enterprise applications, including
  Salesforce
  (mandatory),
  SAP
  , and mobile applications.
• Ensure that releases meet functional requirements and performance expectations before production deployment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5 – 6 years of hands-on experience in
  Quality Assurance
  , with proven expertise in both
  manual
  and
  automated testing
  .
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as
  Selenium
  ,
  JUnit
  , or similar frameworks.
• Experience scripting in
  Python
  ,
  Java
  , or other relevant languages.
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools like
  JIRA
  ,
  TestRail
  , or
  Bugzilla
  .
• Solid knowledge of
  performance and load testing
  techniques.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively, while driving timely resolutions.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless communication between development, product, and QA teams.
• Experience mentoring and training junior team members, helping them improve their technical skills and testing approaches.
• Expertise in
  Salesforce testing
  is mandatory; experience with
  SAP
  and
  mobile application testing
  is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly and effectively.
• A balanced combination of technical expertise, process optimization, and collaboration is crucial for success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  .
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  , preferably in the
  Real Estate domain
  .
• Salesforce Certifications such as
  Developer I & II
  ,
  Sales Cloud
  , or
  Service Cloud
  are a plus.
