Consultative Sales Intern - Scale Vista

Location: Bangalore (On-Site at MG Road)

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Mode: 2 Months at Office (Mg Road, Bangalore)

Scale Vista is a Ex: Amazon founded E commerce consultancy that provides consulting and execution support to Brands and Sellers across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.

What will you learn?

Improve client communication, consultative sales and lead generation domains

End-to-end Amazon operations

How to navigate Seller Central, Flat Files, and Ad Console Keyword & competitor research tools (like Helium10, AdBrew etc)

Real-world exposure to online retail processes and tools

Internship Structure

Week 1-2: Assessment and Introduction Phase - During the first week, you will undergo a structured onboarding process that includes training sessions (Pre recorded+ Inperson), exposure to sales process and various e-commerce functions.

Weeks 3-4: Role Assignment - Based on your performance during the first week, you will be assigned to a defined role in one of our departments (e.g., Sales, or account management). This ensures that you contribute effectively while gaining hands-on experience.

Week 4 to 7: Take ownership of independent tasks and small-scale projects within your department, progressively handling more complex responsibilities. Work on a performance optimisation or process setup project, applying your expertise to deliver a scalable solution.

Week 7 to 8: Final Project Submission- Present your final project findings to department leads in Week 8, which will form a key part of your overall evaluation.

At the end of the internship, candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities may be considered for a full-time role with Scale Vista, subject to business requirements and individual performance evaluations.

Core Functional Skills: Analytical skills, strong cognitive thinking, strong communication and willingness to learn

Languages: English (Understand, Speak and write) and Hindi (Understand, Speak)
