 Collaborate with department heads to assess IT needs and

align technology with business goals.

 Monitor system performance and resolve issues quickly to

minimize downtime.

 Maintain compliance with industry regulations, standards,

and best practices (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

 Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions

for innovation and process improvement.

Functional Competencies:

 ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management.

 Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

 Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.

 Experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
