You will be responsible for
In this job, I am accountable for:

• Manage colleague onboarding/BGV/new hire orientation process 

• Manage multiple employee databases and personal records/files 

• Manage exit process from system as well as from full and final settlement perspective. 

• Vendor management 

• Query management 

• Manage health insurance policy and settlement 

• Participating in strategy projects & practice CI to take the process to the next level 

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Macro will be an added advantage 

• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as 

needed. 

• Outstanding communication skills. 

• Ability to analyze and interpret data 

• Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR 

Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

• Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate well with all levels of people
