Job description
We are hiring for a leading Multinational Company (MNC) in ELECTRONIC CITY
, BANGLORE.
Position: Customer Support Associate --- International Voice
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: 5 days working (Rotational offs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
- Deliver accurate solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to quality standards.
- Document all interactions in compliance with process guidelines.
Eligibility:
For Experienced Roles (International Voice Process):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- UG / Graduates --- FRESHERS can apply too.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
For Freshers
- UG / Graduates Freshers BOTH ARE eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
Salary & Benefits:
For Experienced: Rs 3.5 LPA 5.75 LPA + Performance Incentives.
For Freshers: Rs 3.00 to 5.00 LPA + Performance Incentives.
Up to 30% hike on current CTC for experienced candidates.
Both side cab facility provided.
