Role Overview:

We're looking for driven and ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida. You will be responsible for engaging with UK-based leads, converting them into customers, and guiding them through our range of training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Explain course offerings, pricing, and enrollment process
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and close sales
  • Maintain CRM records and follow sales workflows
  • Work closely with UK team and support departments to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (international)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence on calls and strong persuasive skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho experience is a bonus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
