**Job Title**: UK Voice Process
**CTC**: Up to ₹27,000 per month + Incentives
**Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)
**Working Days**: 5 days a week
**Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
**Location**: Sector 60, Noida
**Requirement**: Fluent English communication is mandatory

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK-based customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product or service solutions.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards during every interaction.
- Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales.
- Deliver post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Collaborate with team members and report performance metrics to the team leader.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
