Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Q-Com and E-com marketing of Wow FMCG
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for Quick Commerce and Ecommerce
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing, and social media platforms to achieve desired ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing automation workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing, social media marketing, social media campaigns, paid marketing, digital campaigns.
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Agency experience will be a plus
