Job Summary:The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment.
