Job Title: Business Analyst Generative AI Domain

Experience: 510 Years

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in AI / Generative AI-based projects to bridge business needs and AI-driven technical solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze data, and support AI product implementation across diverse domains (non-banking).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI / Generative AI initiatives.
• Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into AI solutions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams for AI-driven products.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and define measurable KPIs for AI model performance.
• Support prompt engineering, LLM integration, and workflow automation discussions.
• Facilitate UAT, ensure solution alignment with user expectations, and track ROI for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases, optimize data pipelines, and improve automation outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT / AI / Data / Analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience in AI, NLP, Chatbots, or Generative AI-based platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Understanding of machine learning lifecycle, data models, and AI workflows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile methodology, JIRA / Confluence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Python / SQL / API understanding for data validation.
• Experience in product-based AI / automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering or LLM (Large Language Model) concepts.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis / AI Product Management preferred.
