Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity:

• Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications
• Problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervision
• Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision
• Perform engineering analysis with limited supervision
• Executing engineering projects, including interaction of key suppliers
• Install, power up of tools in lab and Debug & rectify variety of field issues
• Generate electrical product specifications
• Specify and review engineering documentation

What you need:

• Design Power Electronics circuits

• Design power electronic components

• Performing heat dissipation and cooling calculations, basic electromagnetic calculations

• Circuit simulation skills using Matlab Simulink/ LTSpice/ Pspice

• Perform Load calculation

• Component selection

• Electrical Software E3s, EPLAN

• Understanding of Electrical Standards UL508A, NFPA79, NEC, SEMI etc.

Desired Skills:

1. Hands on experience in microcontrollers/microprocessors, PLCs

2. Communication Protocols: Ethercat, TCP/IP, Modbus RS485 and Modbus TCP/IP

3. Software: LabVIEW (Basic Level)

4. Basic understanding of servers

5. CAD modelling software Auto-Desk-Inventor, UG-NX etc.,

Qualifications

Master's Degree in power electronics is preferred, however Bachelor's in EE with sufficient relevant experience can be considered as well

Experience: 2-6 Years in EE design
