Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for business growth, client engagement, and brand development in the commercial real estate space. This hybrid role demands a combination of field marketing expertise (client acquisition, business development) and digital marketing skills (SEO, paid ads, social media campaigns).

You will act as the strategic link between clients, business opportunities, and the company's brand presence—contributing directly to revenue generation and long-term brand building.

The AVP – Sales (Commercial Spaces) will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth for commercial real estate properties. This role requires a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Client Engagement

  2. Identify and acquire new clients for commercial property leasing, coworking spaces, and managed offices.

  3. Conduct property visits, presentations, and corporate meetings to generate strong leads and close deals.
  4. Build long-term relationships with corporates, SMEs, startups, and channel partners.
  5. Gather and analyze client requirements to offer tailored property solutions.
  6. Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring profitable business outcomes and client satisfaction.

  1. Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth

  2. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  3. Create quarterly/annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  4. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  5. Identify new revenue channels through corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and brand collaborations.

  6. Digital Marketing & Branding

  7. Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives – SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  8. Manage the company website, property listings, and digital presence.
  9. Create engaging content – blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters to promote brand identity.
  10. Drive lead generation campaigns using data-driven digital tools.
  11. Ensure consistent branding and positioning across all online and offline touchpoints.

  12. Events, Promotions & Brand Visibility

  13. Plan and execute property expos, networking events, and local promotional campaigns.

  14. Oversee creative design and distribution of brochures, hoardings, flyers, and digital assets.
  15. Collaborate with design agencies, media houses, and event partners for branding initiatives.
  16. Represent the brand at industry events, corporate forums, and exhibitions.

  17. Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking

  18. Conduct in-depth market research on competitors, pricing strategies, and client preferences.

  19. Stay updated on commercial property market trends and digital innovations.
  20. Use insights to refine business strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  21. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  22. Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

  23. Provide weekly/monthly MIS reports on marketing performance, leads, and revenue impact.
  24. Mentor and guide junior marketing executives or interns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing / Business Development, preferably in Commercial Real Estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and lead generation targets.
  • Strong presentation skills with client-facing experience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
