We're Hiring: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Bookkeeping, Project Accounting & MIS

Location: Mumbai or Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 6–8 years

Compensation: ₹8–12 LPA (up to ₹14 L for exceptional candidates)

We are looking for a
finance professional
to join our team and support both our
Singapore HQ
and
Indian subsidiary
. This is a
hands-on role
combining
bookkeeping, project accounting, and MIS reporting
, ideally suited for someone from the
knowledge / services industry (consulting, research, IT/ITES, professional services)
.

Bookkeeping & Core Accounting

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts for India and Singapore entities.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, expense accounting, monthly close).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and statutory authorities in India and Singapore.

Project Accounting

  • Track project-wise revenues, costs, and profitability.
  • Monitor utilisation and billing against client contracts.
  • Support invoicing, milestone tracking, and reconciliation with clients.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS for management review.
  • Consolidate reports across Singapore HQ and India subsidiary.
  • Provide variance analysis, financial insights, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure GST, TDS, corporate tax, and regulatory filings in India and Singapore are completed on time (with external advisors as needed).
  • Maintain documentation and adherence to internal financial controls.

What we're looking for:

  • 6–8 years' experience in accounting/MIS
  • Knowledge of project-based finance and reporting
  • Strong Excel and QuickBooks + Tally accounting software skills
  • CA Inter / CMA / CPA preferred but not mandatory
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and written and spoken English skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-border teams and time zones.
