HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration in a chemical & biotechnical manufacturing setup. The role involves working closely with management to implement HR policies, maintain a safe & compliant work environment, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, R&D, QA/QC, production, and support functions.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction training.
- Employee Life Cycle Management
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Draft appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act.
Coordinate with statutory auditors and labor authorities.
Maintain records related to safety, health, and welfare in line with chemical/biotech industry norms.
- Training & Development
Organize training for employees on GMP, GLP, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and soft skills.
Track skill matrix and support capability building.
- Performance Management
Support in KPI/KRA setting and performance appraisals.
Assist in employee evaluation and career development planning.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan employee engagement activities, health check-ups, and welfare programs.
Foster a positive work culture with focus on safety and collaboration.
- HR Policies & Documentation
Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
Prepare MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, training, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
2–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing / chemical / pharmaceutical / biotech industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of EHS practices relevant to chemical/biotech industry.
Strong coordination and people management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
