HR cum Marketing Executive

The Company: Xapiens Innovatus Pvt Ltd A high-growth fashion-tech startup building AI-powered solutions that transform the way people shop and experience fashion.

Location: Integrated Startup Complex, Kochi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (On-site)

The Role: A proactive HR cum Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day team operations, handle HR functions, and drive marketing/competitor research initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is highly organized, and enjoys multitasking across people and market-focused functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Team Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate daily work of AI engineers and software developers.
  • Track productivity, deadlines, and ensure smooth reporting to management.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and leave tracking.
  • Support performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.

Marketing & Research

  • Collect competitor intelligence and analyze market trends.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (social media campaigns, events, partnerships).
  • Support creation of pitch decks, investor reports, and promotional content.
  • Work closely with founders to align brand messaging and marketing goals.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic HR operations knowledge and compliance understanding.
  • Digital marketing and social media campaign experience.
  • Competitor research and market analysis capability.
  • Ability to organize, supervise, and multitask effectively.
  • Tools: MS Office / Google Workspace; Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Marketing roles (startup experience preferred).
